Default Help installing LPP headers

So I received these awesome headers from Lpparts but no shop in MD that I can find so far will install them. So now, time to take out the wrench but I am wondering if anyone here wants to help? I am an import guy going domestic slowly so it would be nice to have some help. I can get the pizza and some liquid encouragement for later

They are the easiest set of headers that ive ever installed, if you've got even an ounce of mechanical ability, you'll be able to install these yourself.

They're pretty easy to install. Might be a little time consuming your first time.

Do a search on here, a few people have posted up after putting them on with their thoughts and tips. But from what I have heard, they go on pretty easy.

Use the GM gaskets, might want to get a new set from the dealership. Soak the bolts with PB Blaster the day before and reapply when you think about it, I have heard they can be a bia to get off.

Good luck with it and post up with how it goes!

Oh yea. I already have a new set of OEM gaskets.I just bought GM head studs and bolts and band clamps. So I have everything just need to get it installed. The truck has 70K on the motor so Hopefully they are not rusted too badly.

Yeah, band clamps are a good call too, forgot about those. You should be good to go then.
