Do a 100 shot of nitrous off the line, that will surely make something happen 
Install a line-loc to get the rear brakes out of the equation.
Install a couple windshield washer pumps through the rear wheelhouses for your own portable water box.
If all fails... go with a bigger stall.

You certainly aren't being helped by the tires, but there are still things to check. Need to post the log file too. Are you trying to brake torque? Are you stabbing the throttle from a stop? Does it act any differently one way vs the other? What is your air/fuel doing? Does it actually feel like a bog or does it seem more linear like the powerband is just soggy?

And these tires dont even measure true to size there a little short
