Help!!! Got some engine problems now and am going to need a rebuild. I got the 5.3L out of a 2001 Tahoe.

Does anyone know approx how much it starts off as? Parts and labour pricing estimated?

It is possible to bore it out to a stock LS1 size? Then use forged pistons made for an LS1? Do i need to change anything on my top end to do this? Or computer?

What should I machine now that I have the whole thing dissassembled?

What parts should I change if i'm planning to run 10lbs of boost everyday?
