Is this at the track? If it is have you tried heating them up in the burn out box. It helped me alot. I was getting 2.1 60' times with my stock alum. rims and General tires.

Also what rear end do you have? Is it an open diff? If so get a Eaton or Auburn.

i cant help but be annoyed about everyone complaining about tire spin.... my truck never even barks the tires on takeoff. stock tires and rims. Even with the supercharger making around 400hp.. i cant even bark the tires. I wish mine would at least peel out on command. thats up with that!

What pressure and tires are you running? The 18's will slow it down a bit. When I put my stockers back on, look out! smoke city!!!!

I am going to have to agree with Bigguy on this one. In my 01 Z71 I couln't get my tires to spin unless the roads were wet. Maybe my truck was just super weak or something

I've got 17" Escalade wheels with Continental 275/55/17 Conti 4x4 tires. These are the tires that come stock on Mercedes Benz ML430 and ML55amg sport utility vehicles. They are a little shorter than stock at 29 inches compared to 30 inches stock. These tires HOOK! Get them, they ride great too!
