I'd say go drop everything you set at 16 down to 13 degrees.
You want to get a good starting point where you get 0 knock, then sneak the timing up 1 degree at a time until you get knock.
Also, It'd be a good idea to log IAT, so you can look at the IAT vs load table in edit and figure out how much timing its gonna pull at certain temps.
You also might wanna richen it up a little in the upper rpm's just to be safe.
