Default Help with 4.8 to ls6 Engine Mods

Hello i have a 2004 4.8L Silverado so for i have Prodyno cold air intake, JBA Titanium Headers, Magnaflow cats, True dual flowmasters, and Hp Tuner. I am now thinking of turning my engine into an ls6 based engine he what im thinking about doing.

-Swap out my stocks head with ls2 heads(will they fit on my LR4???)
-Swap out my stock intake manifold with an ls6 intake
-Put some Compcam 1.7 rockers and springs with a .600" lift.

Now where i need help what type of camshaft should i get? an ls6 camshaft or a compcam truck performance camshaft? also what size pushrods and lifters should i use with which cam? Thanks for your help

just curious but how would those things equal an ls6?

EDIT- You'd still have a 4.8L block

why don't you do this?

buy an lq9, put some 243 heads on it and run something like a 224/227 in it. Then you would essentially have an iron block ls2 engine
