Default heads/cam 6.0l

I have been thinking of putting together a 6.0l with heads and a cam. Would love to have a 408 but a stroker kit is a little to much $ for me. Any suggestion on heads and a cam? Might end up shooting some nitrous to it.
What kind of horsepower and 1/4 times are possible in a RCSB? I know traction will probably be an issue.

LQ9's are slightly better than LQ4's. You should be fine with either.

Other than the stock horespower what are the differences in the LQ4 and LQ9? I am planning on needing a 4l80e. Will a stock 80e with a transgo hold up, or do I need to have one built?
