I thought there was a few around here that said that a 2.0 valve was too big in a 5.3.

I thought ARE was having big problems with customers not getting there stuff. Im not sure though. Check the sponser feedback section. Im pretty sure it was them as I was considering them for my new motor.

ARE and APE are two different shops.APE had a large sale engine sale over xmas and got like 30 orders in the last day or so,then they had trouble finding engine cores, it set them way back. There customer service and prices and quality are second to none. Now the shop APE the went through a few change 2 years ago they had the fbody people all up in arms due to quality control. The ported 5.3 casting are very popular to the vette and fbody guys due to small chambers for high compression LS1s.Luke2K,Is your plan to make weak TQ a high reving 5.3 that has to pull giant tires in a 5500LB truck?

There are better choices that the 5.3 heads for a 6.0
Do you have a list of mods?
