I love my ASM long tubes, 50,000 miles and no rust or discoloration. Whitt has ASM headers on his S/C Tahoe, ? milage but headers installed two years ago. Both sets still look great, and cool down pretty quick. The only welding was flange to cat,or collecter pipe. Muffler shop job.
TOG may be as good ?

I live in Pinetop, Az where we get a little snow and cold and I make several trips tp Phx also.
I have the asm header (been on 8 months) and no rust or discoloration. I will say that the collector flange in not flat. so it's already blown out the gaskets there.
These replaced a pair of jba shorties that had cracked on both sides and they had the coating also.

well ive been looking at cant find if my truck has a.i.r. or not... since i cant physically look in the engine bay, i'm going order some TOG's w/ the a.i.r. and just put a cover on the flange if i dont have it.
