I am writing them an email to start some resolution, I am hoping their customer service is "On the Ball" as well.

just send them a link to this post.. that will get them moving
I agree though.. the flanges look like they just forgot to do some work to them or something... if you pay 700bucks, you would expect to get some good work. They still dont look to bad, but they need to spend a lil more time on a few areas..
sorry to hear about your luck.. could be worse though.. i sent my motor to get cam bearings installed in it.. got it back 3months later with the WRONG bearings in it.. HAHAHAHA
oh welll... something we can all laugh about amongest friends later on lol

sorry to hear you stroke of luck. Kinda of sounds like the story of my life. I just got ripped for 500 bucks on my 6.0 I bought on ebay. At least you have a chance to have something done. I got lucky when I orded my pacesetters I went through summit and had them in 4 days and they looked great. If I would have had the money I may have gotten some stainless headers but mine are fine. Best of luck getting a happy ending out of this.

Bummer hopefuly they will make you some new ones, those definitely look ghetto fabbed. The collector doesn't look very efficient either, sorta just jams 4 into 1 instead of slowly merging in a much longer piece. Seeing that makes me want to buy a kit and build my own when the time comes.
