wrapping ceramic coated headers is fine as long as there are no chips in the coating where you wrapped it. stainless headers are nice looking and they don't really rust, but they don't help your under the hood temps.

you should be careful... ive seen wrap taht was done tightly, inhibit the thermal expansion of the tubes, and cause them to crack also....

tahts why most header companies will not warranty headers that are wrapped
