Ok I have an extra set of heads for my 5.3 in my truck. I was wanting to know what most of you are doing to your heads. Milled, ported, polished, bigger valves? I plan on a cam at the same time as the heads. THANKS.

 

If I had to do it again I would just go with a port and polish job, 5 angle valve and call it a day.

 

You dont think milling them helped?
