Default Head gasket sealing

I will be putting the motor together soon but have a question. I have some stock 3 piece thin metal headgaskets for the 6.0. Can I just put them in as is or should I spray some sort of copper gasket sealer on them?

put them in as is. Dont spray them with anything like that.
