Default Having kr problems!

I am having some kr problems and am trying to figure it out. It probley just needs fine tuned a little but it was running great about a month or two ago. I wonder if I have a bad injector(42lb.) or my fuel pump(walbro) is acting up. I checked it out today and its pulling 3-4 degrees at low speed and 2-3 degrees up top. I'm pushing 11psi with my whipple but have alky injection. Any thoughts would be appreicated.

thanks

It could be the difference in outside air temps, with you running 11lbs.of boost you are probably on the edge with your tuning.

i'm having the same problem and the same setup. I too think it's the tune. I also am still not convinced that the alcohol is doing anything other than messing with my a/f ratio. time for a new dyno tune i guess.

Can you get scanner readings of when this occurs? Sounds like we all have the same problem.

My wot readings are 860-870 mv with about 13 degrees of timing. I drove around tonight and it was pulling up to 8 degrees of kr at normal driving and only 2-3 degrees at wot. I think the readings are false but I could be wrong. I'm thinking of unpluging my knock sensors and just saying the Heck with it. What do you all think.

the 2-3 degrees at WOT might be that 11 PSI is pushing it pretty good. Are you intercooling. Your IAT's will be a big factor. Have you repeated the test with race gas.

All I know is that in January I ran a 12.41 at 8 psi and know I can't even run a 12 run with 11 psi? I guess its just my luck but maybe I will figure it out.

Thanks
