Lets start off with huge 35" tires and big gears those two combined are notorius for low numbers.
Honestly man I dont understand your setup at all youve got a lifted truck 9" up in the air with huge tires then you go and put a stall in it and an upper rpm cam? I dont get it you must never take it off roading.

the power required to spin the extra weight of the bigger tires is really all that would be affecting the numbers if the new gears and tires have the same output as the stock tires and gears (basically no calibration for tire sizes).

Well, your setup is not anything close to a good setup to make big numbers. I mean you have huge tires that weight ALOT.You know all the crap i'm gonna say so i'll skip it and say.NOT ALL DYNO'S ARE FAIR.
Remember that. The numbers really don't mean anything. It's the track numbers that count not the dyno.

if you have aset try and go back and put some stock tires on the truck i am not going to bad mouth the gears cause that is what i had for 2.5 years and put down 336 hp with cam and bolt ons.that tires have to weight 100 lbs a peice with rim that is alot and yes will suck up alot of hp

i was running 17.5 a/f when i drove it to the dyno.....got it down to 13.1 when we were done.....

also i took it to the track saturday and it only ran a 16.5 @ 80mph

im not going for the fastest truck ever i just wanted a little more pop to get the heavy truck moving....

and i dont do a ton on off-roading. more of a tar baby but it does see some mud here and there....
