Post Have a quick radiator fitment ?

Ok, so I got a call verifying an order I placed to the barn today. I have a 2003 GMC 1500 Sierra with the 28" radiator and I'm wanting to upgrade to the 34 incher. My question is that i put in the fields that I have a 5.3L and that brought up the 34" and 28", so I chose the 34". Will this fit into my truck without serious modification. The guy there said it would not fit in between the radiator supports. I'm almost 98% sure it will fit because I even have the pre-drilled holes for the larger radiator it looks like. So could someone verify that I got the right one and ease my nervousness. The guy even said he's been doing this a long time and never heard of this working.

It will fit, but you'll have to trim the rubber flaps that are on either side of the radiator, and your fan shroud will not be as wide as the radiator either. If you're getting a 34" radiator, it would be a good time to get some 05 efans

Thanks for verifying, and I'm one step ahead of you. I got the 05+ e-fans sitting on the couch waiting for the radiator.
