How come it didn't run that well. Because of tuning or mods......The cam I have is a 232/234, .595/.598, on a 112 sep. I haven't installed it yet. Waiting on some other parts to complete the install.

What are your trucks running with a cam and minor mods? What can I hope for. Thanks again for all the advise everyone!

nice someone else is going to use the TV2, i hope its going in a 6litre or 5.7 cause in a 5.3 your going to be down on powre for sure honestly. you need cubes and compression with this cam for it to be really called the torquer

yea i would have to say its no too logical to step around the 23x/23x range unless you are atleast a 350 but whatever you wanna try! best of luck closet ill be interested to read your results.

LS1 isnt a 350 so it shouldnt use that cam?

When I was N/A in the 4x4:

Synergy Motorsports 226/.535/112
Yank TT3000
AS&M LTs no cats and stock exhaust piping with Magnaflow
Custom tuning and some weight reduction
Basic bolt-ons

14.29@96.8mph

That was a nice run! What is the Yank TT3000? I am guessing a stall converter?

No, stock motor with just a cam. The older 5.3Ls were 9.4:1 I believe.
