Got some more info about that RCSB Duramax truck!
I emailed MBRP,
That truck is gonna fly!
Hello Neil.
The truck is owned by MBRPinc, we are an exhaust manufacturer supplying
diesel shops 4" aluminized, T-409 and T-304 stainless steel exhaust
systems.
We also manufacture performance exhaust systems for ATV and snowmobiles.
This truck was build here at MBRPinc and is a full HD with the frame
shortened. It began life as a regular cab long bed. After shortening the
frame we simply placed a short bed on the rails. You need to swap fuel tank
as the short bed does have a smaller tank than the long bed trucks. The
truck is resting on 22"s in the rear and 20"s on the front. The wheels are
Colorado Customs, check out their site, they have some rally cool 8 lug
wheels. We are running a full 14" of drop with a full Air Ride set up under
the truck. We are currently looking to cut the big HD frame so that you
will not be able to see the frame under the truck body, I will send you pics
when this is complete.
We are very fortunate to be running many Bully Dog performance upgrades on
this truck as well. Currently we have their 225HP power module along with
their 150HP programmer. We are also running their nitrous and propane kits
along with a set of their worked over injectors. To finish it all off we
have the Bully Dog cold air intake.
The truck was built over a few weeks and was just shown at the SEMA show.
Watch for this truck ( and matching chopper ) in several of today's leading
truck magazines as well as at some of the larger truck shows and several
local drag strips. We have not run the truck yet but are really looking
forward to letting loose come early spring.
If you want any more info please let me know.
Thanks

The only thing I am left wondering about is if you shortened the frame on a brand new truck, would it void the warranty on the motor & tranny?
