Well, everything is in order, so I guess I'll tackle these pulleys tonight. From doing a search, it looks like these suckers can be a pain in the ***. Oh, well, nothing a case of beer, a pry bar, a hammer, and an air wrench can't handle.
The seats are probably going to be an easy process though, but who knows what the future brings. Wish me luck.(mostly to not tear anything up in a drunken stuper.)

Good luck.
I never did see an answer about the seat belts. I lost the thread before I could catch what you said about it. Do you plan on doing some harnesses too since the stock seats have the belts in them?

the pulley swap can be a pita if you dont' have the right tools. definantly get a impact wrench. i used an electric one the first time to get it off then back on. second time around for the cam install, me and BigKID used arm strength. (you will most likely have to stick a screw drive in the starter for that) make sure you have the electric or air impact wrench......save time and hassles. also, get a new crank bolt, they are cheap and you need it. if you reuse the factory one it might not seat all the way in due to it stretching. not saying you can't use it, but i would recommend getting a new one.
lastly, make sure you have a pulley puller to get the old pulley off. after that, install is just opposite of what you did to take it apart.

Easy install tip for putting the new pulley on:
Since the crank bolt isn't long enough to help you get it started on the crank, get the pulley wedged on if you can, level it up, take the old crank bolt and put it in head first. Tap the bolt with a mallet, using the bolt head to seat the pulley. Then reverse the and thread the bolt after you get the pulley far enough on the crank. Then crank the bolt down until its all the way on.
