Who's planning on one? What heads are you thinking of going with? What else is getting done?
Reason I ask is that all this year while I'm deployed I will be researching and saving for a new motor build. The base as of now will be GM's new bad *** big cube LSx small block. Since I won't be getting any chance for hands-on parts I'm curious as to who all I can follow on here who will be building one. My build will be a semi-high compression(10.5-11.5) N/A motor. N2O is a possibility later on since I already have $3,000 in N2O parts on the SS now.
Since it'll be N/A I plan on retaining my Vic Jr intake and switching from my 90mm TB to the Edelbrock 4bbl 1,000cfm TB.
So let's hear the tips, advice and any of y'alls plans

From There We Plan On Fitting Gms Carb Adapt Ls Series Intake.... And Trying A Few Different Cams... And We Will Be Starting With A Small Bore, And Get Bigger To See What Combinations Will Deliver.... If You Have Anything You Want Us To Try... I Will See What I Can Sneak In.... I Am Also Open To Cam Designs You Would Like To See Run

Give me about 1.5-2 years and I will be working on the same basic package and look forward to what others are able to do in the mean time (that's when the funding will be available). I was thinking the same heads and intake with a big cam in an 483 ci. I will be looking for cams that work well, compression ratio's that work, as well as how well WCCH's L92 heads work. Maybe still my daily.
Z06 Dreaming you and me both will be spectating with interest.
