GM getting Cheap????

GM getting Cheap????
I test drove an 05 crew cab the other dayand i noticed alot of little things that look very cheap on the interior compared to my 03.
On the dash where it indecates the gear you are in mine is digital and the new ones are printed with a little orangish light that underlines them.
The accessory on mine is a nice plastic peace that has a good liiking hing and everything, the new on is a peace that is just one peace and has a plastic flap for the hing and says 12v around it.
I dont know to me these seem like little things but to me they seem very cheap.
