Go down to your local home depot or lowes and pick you up some 5/16'' steel dowls , i spent like $6 bucks on two 3' pieces , cheap !

The drivers side is alittle snug to get in so take your grinder or dremel or file and flaten out the hole lenght of one of your dowls . Use new oil to coat the dowls and they should slide right in , dont force them in , use one hand to rotate the cam back and forth and one hand to gide the dowl into place .

Good luck

As i like to say , a picture is worth a thousand words , hope these help you out .

Oh yeh and heres another little tip for you , when your ready to put your crank pulley back on your truck , throw it in the oven at 350º-400ºF for about 10 minutes or so and then place it on the crank , it will slide right on there . Whatever you do dont go beating it on there with a hammer !

Ok guys Thanx alot for the info. I went to a local store today and they didnt have the steel dowls so I just bought 3 of the wooden ones, 5/16,1/4 and 3,16. I said what the hell just to be on the safe side. Also my cranecams double roller set come in today! I will use the set screw on my tb to up the idle tomorrow I figure about 700-800 rpms. Any one think I should drill the hole in the tb? Thanx for the information guys!
