Getting my 6.0 tomorrow, Should I freshen it up or just run it for now

Well I picked my parts truck up today it turned out to be pretty nice for what I'm going to use it for. The motor was dry on top and bottom the trans was except for being wet around the rear seal which is nothing major. It has the nicer cloth seats with the fold down console like I had been wanting since mine has the cheap seat in it. Also the tailights were in good shape which was another thing I had been wanting. I am going to try and go get a key cut for it tomorrow and fire it up before I pull it out. It's nothing fancy but I will post pics of it later.

Yea I bought it thru a salvage auction so I got the title with it today
