Default Gear cam drive or chain?

With my cam swap should I get a new timing chain or get a gear driven set up? Any one have any idea how much more rwhp i might make with the 218/229 .560-113lsa cam and edit. Keep in mind the heads are already ported and milled, so the cam should breath pretty good. Thanks in advance

I hear the gear drives don't work in LS1's... they create too much noise, tripping the knock sensors.

Dont want any of that. What about the adjustable cam gear from i think SLP. Just want to be sure i take full advantage of the cam install.
