I say no...I reused all mine. Just take a look and make sure they are in good shape.

but also remember, its sometimes a good rule of thumb to replace gaskets while your there. i always replace my gaskets when doing a mod on a truck or just a fix, gives me the warm and fuzzy feeling. and relatively inexpensive.

well the intake gasket is like 95$ so thats why I ask... should I just put a bead of silicon (reg.) on it then seal.

If the intake manifold gasket looks OK, I'd put it back on dry...just in case you have to remove it again, you won't have to scrape all of that silicone.

I don't like re-using gaskets myself, but for $95 bucks, I might try re-using my intake gaskets when the time comes, especially since pulling the manifold is no big heartache. The cheaper, harder to replace gaskets I'd do personally for some cheap insurance (water pump, timing cover, etc.) You'll probably be fine re-using them (seems like guys do it all the time), but I'm just giving my .02.
