and the muffler bearings and headlight fluid have recently been changed...

the wheel bearing MIGHT be it...but I just had the wheels off the other day and the front-end felt solid (the 4x4 has non-serviceable bearings anyway)

we...I have gas coming out of the vacuum line that connects to the regulator.....I am going to assume that I need to replace it.....

thanks for the help with that issue guys....

BTW...can you buy the regulator at Autozone ???

A real parts store can get a replacement regulator BUT, it's more exspensive then the dealer factory replacement.

NAPA has the regulator kit for $60.24....it includes a new regulator, O-rings, spacer, filter, and retainer...I gave them the GM part number and the looked it up by that

I called Henderseon Chevy and asked them for the same part number and they wanted $91.69

I'm gettting it from NAPA tomorrow afternoon.....
