If you want to replace the rockers just for peace of mind go for it. You can get a set of 918's for $150(?). I'd do it if I had that many miles just because...but you'd probably never know the difference.

springs (either comp 918 or ls6), hardened pushrods, cam, new gaskets, longer pulley bolt, oil, and tools are all you need
