I kicking around long tubes, but I hate spending money for small gains. What kind of gains have you guys seen from long tubes, both dyno and E.T. wise?

If you plan to mod more, (cam, heads, FI) down the road they are def worth it, are worth it if your just wanting to put headers on at all. Also there not that big of a hassel imho.

I've got a cam, I've never seen a set of header that didn't have exhaust leaks eventually. The hassel is buying O2 exenders new true dual exhaust, etc seems like a lota money for a 6-10 hp gain.

most people say they gain more like 15-20hp off lts and a tune for em. And its not the HP gain that you need from the headers its the better flow that you need.IMO

there is no hassle.
buy a set of pacesetters and the off road y pipe that goes with it.
weld on some 2 or 3 bolt flanges on them and be done.

if you hear something like a leak, it's the cylinder pressure in the primary tubes. the walls are a lot thinner than exhaust manifolds.
