full exhaust helped
i ran a 16.0@87 flat with a full stock truck. i put pacesetter longtubes, ory, msd wires, and a magnaflow muffler and ran a 15.6@89. Nothing but full exhaust and it reduced ET by .4 seconds. Is this what you guys see with yours?
Next CAI and gears.

WOW congrats man!! i wish i would have ran my truck stock.. only thing i have to go by is my current mods...
but sounds like you need a tune to drop it down some more, and it would help out after you get the CAI installed.. your goin to need something when you put them gears in anyway.
Happy Racing..

Yeah, get rid of that 3:23, its slowing you down big time!! I changed mine out to a 3:73 when I had my GMC, and it made a big difference. I should have gotten a 4:10 though, but I did alot of freeway driving.
