im in the middle of doing an tbss intake swap on my 04 silvy 5.3... i got an intake manifold of a newer 5.3 with 36lb flex fuel injectors(yes im using mini delphi to ev6 adapters).. after swappin the intake the truck wont start..turns over fine but seems like its not getting fuel.. is it possible that the fuel pump cant handle the 36lbs? truck stumbled on using starter fluid

 

Is it tuned for the new injectors?

simple check fuel pressure !
got pressure double check the injector flow data then test to make sure the injectors are pulsing and spraying fuel
