Just wondering if a fuel cooler could help make any extra power? If so how much. I guess cooler fuel would be denser, causing it to make more power, but flex a lite advertises up to an 80* drop, that seems like a lot to me. Any opinions?
I understand how a cool can or something like that would help, I'm talking about the tube/fin cooler.

We use the fuel coolers on our dirt track cars. Fuel coolers and fully insulated lines help out a lot, i would assume that if you did something similar on a truck that it would have the same effects.

Note this: BMW or Mercedez has their fuel lines going through the A/C system somewhere coiled up under the hood.
At least I was told they done this in the past. Not sure if they still do this.
I guess you would definately have to have the A/C on for it to work though.

The fuel cooler, or "cool can", can be found in jegs. You won't notice a "seat of the pants feel", but you will notice it on the clock. The logic behind it is that when the air hits the fuel it will remain cooler. Keep in mind were running this on a dirt track race engine in a race car, not daily driven. I dont think there is enough room in our trucks for these, it would have to be a completly different setup probably with a fuel cell.
