Default Fuel Assembly Unit

Hey guys. Where can I get a fuel assembly unit without the fuel pump...need the whole unit that holds the fuel pump with no pump BRAND NEW for a 5.3L Tahoe 2004.

Anyone know where to get that? The dealership qouted me $375.00 which is bay far ridiculous.

Thanx for your help.
