I definitely don't see the radix being the culprit for a misfire as well....especially a random misfire code. I am not so sure about a tune either. All do respect to jesse and allen, but those tunes are pretty cookie cutter to some extent. But, never say never...have had my tune isssues before (my own...not Allen's or Jesse's).
Experienced mechanic, double checked everything, Magnus not supporting LT's. What did Allen say about the P0300? So you didn't get your code until Allen's tune? How quick did you install Allen's update to the PCM after your superchips install?
If it's not simple it's usually cam related...but you didn't mention a cam. And only 6psi...hmmmm...

a tune would not cause a po300 code to be logged. I would suggest going through the entire install, blower, headers, everything and go from there. I would also suggest putting the Magnuson supplied tune back in and trouble shoot from there.

I got that code when I installed my tune. I talked to the tuner and they said that some truck in 04 were extremely sensitive to that code. He adjusted the tune or cleared the code and it works fine now.
I have no idea if he was feeding my BS or not. I am just reporting what I told.

No, my suggestion is to start over from scratch with the Magnuson supplied tune and trouble shoot from there. I still feel that you are having some installer error issues somplace.

I agree with blownchevy, eliminate as many variables as possible. Start with the Mag supplied tune on a stock pcm. I know this sounds like a lot of bullshit, but is it possible to put your stock exhaust back on to see how the Radix works with no other additions?
