Default Flickering Headlights

A while back there was a post about flickering headlights in our trucks. This was where the headlights and interior guage lights would dim slightly (at random) while driving.

Just wondering if anyone had found a solution to this problem.

Thanks,

ts99

GM knows about the problem, has a TSB on it and is working on the issue (apparantly something in the charging system isn't up to snuff).....currently the best cure for it they have is to install a revised headlight switch that has a smoothing capacitor in it (it's a WELLS part....#SW2157....it will dramatically limit the occurances of the "flickering" and doesn't heat up nearly as much as the stock switch ( I got this info from a Dodge dealer of all places...damned if he wasn't right though)
