Get that repaired (or replaced) FIRST. Any exposed copper can lead to trouble... by contact with H2O, by shorting to another circuit, or shorting to ground. If the PCM sees a fault with the O2, the PCM's job is to save the engine. The PCM will force more fuel and/or pull timing in an effort to protect the motor (and not run it lean). IMO, replace the dog-mauled O2.

Plug wires are fine, there's not even water getting to them.
The rear O2's are tuned out but i'll still get under there and cut that bad part out and tape it up.
The codes I pulled just now are
Diagnostic Trouble Codes
P0102 "Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low" EPA Pending ($10) "Powertrain Control Module (PCM)"
P0102 "Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low" PC ($10) "Powertrain Control Module (PCM)"

So perhaps moisture is getting on the MAF like Danny suggested to me a while back. I'll tape it up where Tyler put in some butt connectors and see if that helps.

Hopefully that fixes me up.

BTW after I got gas today I was getting in my truck and I Fired it up. The guy at the pump next to me was walking by, stops, looks at me and says "Dang that truck sounds good".
So the day is looking up.

Sounds like the day is looking up....that MAF code gives you a direction to look at. Fix up the wiring to the MAF that you mentioned, and clean the MAF with some electrical contact cleaner and hopefully you'll be good to go

well the 2 codes for the MAF sensor are always there. I made sure the wires are taped up. Today it rained and it started missing again pretty good.
Don't know wtf is wrong. Any other suggestions?

Engine light isn't flashing any more when it does it. And in EFI scan I tried to refresh and display 02 test but it didn't pick up any O2's. the rears are off but the fronts are still there.
the O2's are tight.

You check the coil packs? I had one of mine missing every other revolution and one was completely dead. Replaced the coil packs and the SES stopped flashing. Unplug the wire from the pack and start the truck and hold the wire up close to the coil see if it sparks.

It only happens when it rains tho. If it was a bad coil pack it would be all the time. If I park it and let it dry for a bit it's fine until it gets wet again.
Water isn't getting up on the engine, all plug wires are fine and dry.
The only slight possibility i can think of is where I put my Y-Pipe back together using band clamps. the exhaust leaks there but I really doubt water is going to manage to go up the pipe far enough to hit the front o2's.
I guess I'll have to get it lifted up and see if the dealership pinched a wire when they put my transmission in, in Feb.

When it gets wet it's like its missing on 1 cylinder but The light isn't flashing anymore and I'm not getting any codes.

A little water is getting in the bottom of the air box, but the filter shows no sign of moisture and I believe my MAF is shut off. but i'll double check.

I hope i found the problem today.
I was loading a tune with a few modified segments and just as it started to reflash, the pcm stopped responding. tried for 2 hours to get some sign of life from the pcm but all I could get is PCM in Unknown State.
Got a reman picked up and currently working on doing a fullflash on it so i can use it. If that don't work i gotta find a way to haul my truck home.

One of your wires might have touched a header and burned a small hole in the boot. This happened to me, and when I hit a water hole, I got the flashing check engine like you. You might have to slightly bend the boots after snapping them onto the plug. If they touch the header even the slightest bit, they will burn through.
