Ah okay gotcha. My bud works at Bobby Archer's German MotorWorks in Downtown Ft. Worth and they mainly do, you guessed it, high dollar imports and lots of Vipers. They are hard-core SCCA.

They had a Shelby Series 1 parked up front last time I was there! I thought I would never see one.

It is sorta hit and miss in Arlington area, Arlington MotorSports has never wronged me just took a bit longer than I expected for a repair a while ago...great work tho'.

I've decided to just pay off my truck first (hopefully by years end) and order my next ride (yep they have a waiting list), before I do anything hard-core with the truck.

i am dieing to know what that animal will do. do you think he will take it to the track and wail on it?

has he been running around with that flp tranny? i know mine shifts a little hard and think a caddy driver might find it objectionable.

Parish8- this caddy driver spends more time on his V-rod or Ducati than in the caddy. Believe me, he is going to wail on it. The motor just went in, and it on to the nitrous install.

The FLP tranny we have is vacuum controlled. It works great for this ride since its NA. With high vacuum, it shifts easy, at WOT, its hard. You probably have hard shifts more often since you may be seeing 0 vac with part throttle. Did you tell FLP that you had a supercharger? They asked me when I ordered. I guess they would not have the trans vacuum controlled if its on a boosted application.

Not sure when it will happen. It seems like this project keeps dragging on and on. Won't do it until the nitrous gets installed. It may be another month before its ready.

Hey BigTex, what was used for fuel supply? I've been doing some searching but, haven't found anything as far as in tank fuel pumps. Thanks for any info.

Matt - I'll shoot you an email this evening.

Silent1- Stock fuel supply for now. Will do an in-tank upgrade after we get the initial tuning done. Want to see how well the stock fuel system holds up first.

cool richard, call me this week man, i wanna come out and see that thing. the 6.0 i bought from you is a set of ARP rod bolts and head bolts away from being done and installed. i decided to just button up the 6.0 like you said all along and get another 6.0 block and build a 422 since i already have the pistons and have a good deal on a $1200.00 4.125" crank that was used for 6 passes and pulled!!!!!!!!!!!! so in a year or so probably i'll have a 422 to put in the truck and a built 6.0 for my MAVERICK!!! hehe, anyways just gimme a call man.
