so you guys calling bs onthe times, does anyone remember the 13.2 @ 100 mph truck cutting a 1.7 60 ft without any internal mods, just boltons.. seems to me there is just some fast freaky trucks out there. some maybe with more mods they dont care to share.
i know i dont share my mods with everyone that asks. nope my truck dosent have a cam, its just the way the muffler sounds is my response..

you have no reason to be pissed about it. if you only put up half of the information about your truck and someone calls bs, all you have to do is step back in with some kind of proof. i don't think you're working all that much magic. i don't believe you have an LS1 truck either, never seen a truck come with an LS1 in it. if you ran the time you're saying all you have to do is have some kind of proof. someone knowing that you run your truck hard isn't proof. trucks are fast all over the country and i don't think you're going to suprise me with any "tricks" that you might have done. you've taken a truck that has been lightened alot and added alot of gear an cam to go with some other important bolt on's. that's a great time for a drag truck with that small of cubes.

it only took since the 28th for a response...

What are you doing to get those 60s man? I'm still launching at 1000rpms, so I know there's more there for me. I'm really impressed with the 60ft. What are you launching at? I didn't read through the "entire" thread, so you might have posted this already, but I was just curious how high you were stalling it up to. I'm going to get a bit more aggresive on my launch Saturday night and see what I can do. I really think I got a bit more than 12.54s in it. Like you, I'm hoping for a 12.2 N/A pass, and I think I can get pretty close on a 60ft like yours. Maybe I need your gears.

Jeremy, you really need to light up the slicks before you run. Then stall that baby up as high as you can. It may not feel like it has that hit, but you'll make up for it not having to flash from 1000 to 3000 with the clock running. 1/10 second is a lot of time.

I LEAVE @ 2300 TO 2400 AND FOR AS ZIPPY HE CAN GET ALL THE PROOF HE WANTS FROM THE TRACK

Damn it! I see I missed all the *** chewing. I'm gonna try my best to go to the track next friday with ya Randy. It's been a while since I've been. A good while. I was never abled to try the new converter in good weather. So I will hope for the best. As most of you know my all time best is a 12.81 with the vig. I've changed the converter to the tt3000. The only other change is the tires, from 26x11.50 to 26x10.50, which will probably do nothing. So, I'll hope for atleast a 12.9x so I can keep my screen name.
Slowprocess- what's up man? It's been a while. Anyways I see you got the eaton. Are you still spinning off the line? What tires are you running? If I were you i'd take a night at the track to feel the converter out. I had to do the same with my new one. Always get the tires nice and sticky for one. Try leaving all different ways. You know, try from an idle, let the engine cool, try from 1000, let it cool, try 1500, let it cool, try 2000, let it cool. Keep uping the rpm's until it pushes the brakes. Then compare all your 60' 's and that should tell you where your converter likes it. Hope this helps.
Bigkid- I know your out there. Noticed you got the truck back and running. Very impressive. Congrats! Are you satisfied with it yet?

I have an FMS 210-214-114 cam, and yeah traction is holding me back big time. I was so light on launch that my truck was shifting at 4000 rpms. I need an eaton and some tires real bad. It's a 13 second truck, just cant get it to hold.
