I used a big cresent wrench and a dead blow hammer, a good sharp blow will break the nut loose.

Damn, Mine was stubborn, had to actually put a pry bar between the fins of water pump and grab inside of pulley and used a bfc wrench to get it off.

Try And Hit The Blot On The Flat Part Of The Bolt With A Punch This Will Break The Bolt Loose A Little.make Sure You Ture The Blot Were It Is Flat On Top Closes To The Fan Blades And Hit A Few Times It Will Make A Indention. Then Put A Wrech On The Nut Itself And Hit With Hammer.it Should Come Off Easy After That.

Damn, mine came off in one quick blow with a rubber mallet. I will consider myself lucky.
