Default Exhaust rattling on torsion bar cross-member

Picked up a nice rattle at idle, its the exhaust pipe thumping against the torsion bar cross-member. Has anyone had experience with the exhaust hangars stretching out over time (4 years and 90K miles)? I hope that a new set of hangars will fix it...if not, what are some other suggestions?

My truck has 145000 on the od and its an 01 I had this problem a couple of months back after an offroan excursion into a ditch. I just got the exhaust shop to bend the hangers so that the rubber part was pulling it away from the tbar crossmember.

Talking This is a funny story

My brother installed my True Dual 50 series on my crew cab Z71. It rattled about a week later. I kept teasing him so bad he wouldn't fix it. One day I just took a jack and a block of wood and bent it away from the crossmember my self. Called him up and ragged him some more..JohnB

Good suggestions. Keep in mind this rattle will trip your knock sensors and kill your performance. The knock sensors are picking that rattle up as knock and pulling timing thinking the engine is having problems.
