Default exhaust question(s)?

Ok so in the next week or two I am purchasing a set of Hooker truck force headers (thanks to James B.) and I have a couple questions.

I am thinking of running dual 3" pipes back from the headers, one exiting behind each tire. Does anyone think a 3" is a bad idea? and any muffler suggestions?

your engine setup is a little different than the average but I'd suggest an "X" at the least.

Is there a company of x pipe you recommend? And what about cut outs? Is that something I would want to look into?

Flowmaster, magnaflow and I'm sure others make the X...look on summit. Cutouts? I don't use them and do ok. Doubt a 3" exhaust will need them or make much difference, others with them can chime in there.

Dual 2.5's with an X pipe into whatever muffler ya like. Cut-outs dont make much difference, their just fun to open up when ya see a line of expensive cars, lol
