Default exhaust problem

Well I have this really bad sound in my exhaust it is kinda a rattle but there is nothing rubbing and I am nearly sure that it is just the pulses of the exhaust pulsing back and forth. It only happens in gear and at a certain rpm or load on the motor I guess. My exhaust is AEM long tubes, catless Y and a 18" magnaflow it is 2.5" and does not y together till the 2nd cross member and turns into 3" goes into the muffler and is dumped shortly after before the axle. So anyone have any clue how I can cancel out the sound or maybe get rid of it?
