Not all flowmasters are loud. I have one on the work truck and it's quiet. All flowmasters do suck though if you want a performance muffler, I'd go Magnaflow (personal choice) hooker aero chamber, or Borla

I have a 40 series Flowmaster dumped on my 2000 5.3 and it's pretty loud, so I would imagine the 6.0 is gonna be a little louder. Whatever I go with will be dumped on this truck as well. I prefer the "no pipes" look.
