Default Exhaust makeover

Vehicle: 2004 RCSB Magnacharged 6.0L

I am interested in chaging up my current exhaust setup. Currently my setup is long tube headers, custom h-pipe into two flowmaster mufflers. Exhaust is hacked off right before the rear axle, right after the outlet of the mufflers.

My truck sit very low to the ground, but I am wondering what eveyones opinions are on having the exhaust exit before the rear tire via some sort of exhuast tip, similar to 2nd Gen Lightning.

For mufflers, I am really wanting to go with magnaflows, but that is just my preference from my Mustang GT that I had.

Please let me know what adivce you have regarding my exhaust questions.

Thanks in advance for any ideas!

-Dylan

I don't know what other mods you have, but a magnacharged 6.0 would like a bigger exhaust than a 3" if you have supporting mods like a cam. Its going to be harder to find a tip to look like a lightning for 3.5 or 4" exhaust, but if you are sticking with 3" i just bought a tip that I think you would like. Check out a thread i started recently in the appearance section for some pics.

I like this! I have wanted to do this on my 91'..I would really like to quiet down my exhaust setup. The Flowmasters I have right now resonate and are just too loud at 70mph for more then a few minutes.
