Ya.. more than likly i wont get that "lego" shaped muffler, lol.. but I was just wondering why it was so little? I cant imagine that muffling very well.. which would be alright.. but than again.. it may be restrictive as hell.. so idk.

Unless your stock cats are bad, I personally would not get aftermarket ones. The stock cats flow pretty dang good even compared to the aftermarket ones. I have also heard that the magnaflow cats are not much better than the stock ones. This again is just what I have heard. If it were me, I would just save the money and upgrade from the blowmaster and run a straight thru design muffler of some sort; magnaflow, dynomax, bullets, etc..... There are a ton of different options. You probably are not going to get any to sound as loud as your flowmaster, but performance gains will be superior to anything flowmaster can provide.

well my neighbor had one put on his 05 ford the imco and it sound very good and no cab resonance and his fuel mileage went from 14.5 to 16 flat. it could be he is getting some miles on the new truck, but he said seat of the pants feel alot better. like you i have never heard of them my self but thinking of getting two of them to run true-duals, the sound is very clean IMO.

From what I hear the IMCO is kinda like a copycat Flowmaster. It's so small though, cause it's only a 1 chamber. If you look at a Flowmaster 1 chamber it'd be about the same size. Depending on what series the flowmaster is you've got, would probably sound good just turning it out in front of the tire. I actually had dumps welded up on the 40 series on my truck today, and I think it sounds great. Probably gonna end up bringing it out the side though at some point, cause I think I'm gonna get tired of the resonance in the cab. It screams at WOT now though .

Ive had exhaust set up with a 50 flow and dual exits in front of the rear wheel I didnt like it expect resonance especially with a 40 series.
why dont you just get an off road y pipe or rod out the stock ones I would just get rid of them

Well Depending on how many miles that are on your cats and how rich you have been running... I got 22 RWHP and 28rwtq from removing mine......

So I would personally say take them off and forget replacing them... and if you have a sniffer to speak to then put highflows on there
