the cost for the work is gonna be different no matter who u speak with. Are theer great deals for under $10k by experienced LS1/GM hotrodders - sure, but try and find one, and sepcifically one who can do it in less than 6mos! Trust me, I'm currently living the nitemare of getting a custom install, and though everyone seems to be doing their job, it requires no shortage of constant checking and pushing on my side. Under $11k is a bargain if its running well and ur happy with the work. Unless u have the time to do it urslef - or at least some of it urself - I can't imagine a better deal! I spoke to all the big names in the industry and none were dependable IMO and all wanted $15k and up. The true value of ur deal is whether ud go back to him again or recommend him to anyone else. Did he give u good service, treat u well, deliver on time and represent his abilities truthfully? In the end ur paying for service, and these days service providers all feel they're doing U the favor, so if ur happy then no matter how much u spent it was a good deal!
