Alright well i guess its time for a full replacement of the sparkplug wires and sparkplugs it would be due for another change in a couple months anyways i guess. The truck has 200,000km on it which is 124,272 miles. It has had the plugs changed once by a shitty local dealer and they also had the head off....this was from the owner before me.

I've had O2 sensors make my truck run like absolute crap and it also did not throw a code.
