Default Engine is knocking---Need your advice please.

Hey guys,

My engine just developed a knock (still need to diagnose source), but it isn't looking good.

My current combo is:
2004 Silverado SS
6.0 LQ9 with 132,000
GT2/3 cam
Magnacharger M112 intercooled with 2.8 pulley
stock throttlebody
JBA shorty headers
stock mid-pipe with cats
Corsa Sport exhaust
Volant cold air kit
42lb green top injectors
Upgraded in-tank pump and Magnacharger voltage booster
HP Tuning
Toy Shop built 4L65-e with billet output shaft
Circle D triple disc 2800 stall converter

I'm all over the board here when it comes to next steps. This is my daily driver that I occasionally tow with. I'm looking to get a car for a daily driver in the near future though. I want performance and would like to maintain decent gas mileage, but not as big of a factor as the performance. Here are the three choices I'm considering right now. Please feel free to post up your opinions, experiences, thoughts, pro/cons, etc. Thanks!

1. Basic build with forged pistons and keep blower

2. N/A 408 build and sell blower

3. 408 build and keep blower. Please don't crucify me on this and take the subject down the path of the M112 is wayyyy to small for the 408 blah blah. I agree 100%, but I have the blower already and am considering that option. If the blower picks me up a few tenths or more over the N/A 408 build than what is the problem.... plus, I can always upgrade the blower down the road.

Right now, I'm leaning a little towards a N/A 408 with some good heads.......

Goals would be low 12's (or better) and decent gas mileage. I already have some Pacesetter LT's - 1 3/4 and will probably run 3" duals.....
