also check the rear o2's

if you go wot are you able to seemingly power through the problem?

Haha sounds like the acdelco iridiums will work. Yes at WOT the problem seems to go away, I will check the back O2s as well, thanks!

Actually WOT off the line is terrible until about 3000 when it picks up and seems to run ok

Yea, those E3 plugs are garbage, I'd ditch those first then go from there...unfortunately I noticed you mentioned Granatelli wires, never heard of anything from Granatelli that ever worked either.

Since it's running OK after 3K, I doubt that it's your cats. From what I've experienced clogged cats will give you symptoms above 3k, usually around 4K and especially at WOT.

A couple of easy things to do are cleaning your MAF and throttle body also, couldn't hurt and it's good maintenance. A scanner or some logging software would definitely aid in your diagnosis if you have access to anything like that...

Well I threw some ngk plugs in today and the truck runs like a dream again, thanks for the suggestions everyone much appreciated. E3s are GARBAGE
