Default Engine decision help

I am starting the process of looking into a new engine for the VHO. I really need to know a good streetable combo that puts out alot of power(doesn't everybody) . I have been checking on the big bore 6.0 stroker kits like the 418 and 427 upto the 440CI mark. I have always been told if you go with more cubes it addes power, which in fact will be easier to make and keep reliable. I am hoping for 550-650RWHP when I get done with a swap. Also would you go about putting in a FLT 4L65E or jsut go to a 4L80E swap? This will be a daily driver, and I don't tow much buit I do drive 400 miles every 2 weeks their and back. Also labor charges for the engine install and what will I need to do to get the truck ready for the swap. Like increase fuel flow,(I know a serious tune) also looking into heads and like the price onthe Dart's, I am jsut not experienced enough to come up with a good combo, but I know I want to stay NA,Cam also suggestions). Sorry so long got a ton of questions and need opinions and cold hard facts. All is appreciated, more streetable HP the better. thank guys
