I love mine...

I think the going rate is ~100 for fans and 50 for a controler.

Whole thing should cost ya less than 200 ...scrounged mine up for 125

It wont run cooler... actually in a way its running hotter because there isnt the constant stock fan running. But your gonna want a 160deg Tstat to keep the temps down

The efans frees up power since your engine doesnt have to turn the stock fan and clutch anymore. I think ive seen someone say from 6-8hp. If you have the hpp3 and the 160 stat then yea tune the hpp3 for the 160, but your efans are goin to run off a temp probe that you will put into you radiator.

What your lookn for is to run around 175.. so when you hit about 180-185 you can have you fans turn on untill the temp goes back down. When im driving around my fans dont usually come on, but I have a modded tstat instead of a 160 tstat, so its a little different.

BTW- the 160 tstat does not run at 160 so its not just you lol

Removing the stock fan is worth about 4-5rwhp on the dyno!

The wiring wasnt hard .. just follow the directions on the VSC controler.
As far as the on/off , the controler is gonna handle that for you and for the most part you wont have to worry about it. The only switch I have is a manual on which is optional. The usual operation is automatic.
